If you want to leave Turbo Boost enabled but still want to reduce throttling, then you can lower the frequency of Turbo Boost by changing its settings in the BIOS menu.

Find out what the issue is and take action to fix it. For example, if it’s an application, update it. If it’s your laptop’s GPU, then you may need to buy a new one.
